The project consists of providing traffic control and construction area signs; implementing a construction staging plan, providing and implementing a water pollution control plan; performing roadway excavation and site grading; installing pedestrian and street lighting; modifying the existing traffic signal and highway lighting system and storm drain system; constructing concrete and decorative concrete improvements; installing traffic striping and pavement markings; installing streetscape, landscaping, and an irrigation system; coordinating with utility companies, businesses, schools, and property owners; clearing and grubbing; furnishing and applying water; cleaning site and constructing other related work and services necessary to complete said project.
