Project consists of providing traffic control and construction area signs; providing and implementing water pollution control plan; upgrading the existing sidewalk, curb, gutter, pedestrian ramps, and street lights; and installing bulb-outs, bio retention areas, Class II buffered bike lane, and high-visibility crosswalk markings at the intersection of Villareal Drive and Greenville Place in Castro Valley.
